## Ask a question by email

The smallest useful step is an email address and, optionally, a short question or description of what the user needs. The team replies by email; no meeting is required.

In WebMCP-capable browsers, call `ogram_send_email_enquiry`:

```json
{"email":"user@example.com","message":"Optional short question","locale":"en","consentToShareContext":true}
```

`email` and sharing consent are required; `message` is optional, at most 1,000 characters. `locale` is `en` or `fr`, defaulting to the current page's language. The user must agree to send the supplied fields to ogram. Sharing permission is separate from marketing consent.

A `received` result means a new enquiry was accepted. `already_registered` means an enquiry already exists for that address; email info@ogram.ch to add context. Neither result schedules a call. The older `ogram_request_conversation` remains compatible for clients supplying a business goal and optional organisation, role, phone and constraints.

## Book a 30-minute call

Call `ogram_open_booking_page` with `{}` or `{"locale":"fr"}`. It opens Elliot's public Proton Calendar scheduler in the current tab. Select an available slot and complete the final booking confirmation there. The tool itself opens scheduling; it does not reserve a slot or report a completed appointment.

## Browser fallback

If native WebMCP is unavailable, use the ordinary contact page: enter the email and optional question, then activate Send my enquiry / Envoyer ma demande; or activate Book a call / Réserver un appel. Direct email is also available through info@ogram.ch. Opening a mail client or scheduler is an intent signal; completion belongs to that service.

Do not send confidential client records, credentials, unrelated personal data or browsing history. A concise question is sufficient.
