What we use and why

  • Website operation: technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, and security logs, to deliver and protect the site.
  • Enquiries: the email address and any phone number, firm, role, or business context you choose to send by form, email, or our conversation-request agent tool, plus the page, time, and marketing choice associated with a form submission, to answer you, arrange a discussion, and manage enquiry records.
  • Marketing measurement: if you allow it, page and campaign events, referral information, and advertising identifiers in the landing URL, to understand campaign performance.

The read-only browser agent tools run in your browser. A conversation request sends only the information you explicitly submit to that action.

Service providers and transfers

We use Vercel to host the website, a managed data store (Vercel KV/Upstash) for enquiry and campaign records, and Resend for enquiry emails. Some editorial images load from outside hosts such as Unsplash and YouTube, which receive technical request data. If you follow our booking link, you provide booking details directly to Proton Calendar under Proton's own privacy notice. Advertising partners receive marketing measurement data only if you allow that measurement.

Our server functions are configured for France. The providers above may also process data in the United States. Where Swiss law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the providers' data processing terms include recognised transfer protections, such as standard contractual clauses. Contact us for details of a particular transfer.

Marketing technologies

Marketing tags are off until you choose Allow. If allowed, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags and any configured LinkedIn or X advertising tags. This can measure page visits, form submissions, and clicks on our Proton booking link. Your choice is saved in your browser; first-party campaign attribution is kept there for up to 30 days. You can change your choice using the marketing preference controls below. Declining does not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.

If you allow marketing measurement and arrive through a ChatGPT ad, our server can tell OpenAI that a new enquiry was accepted, using the ad click reference and the event time and identifier. We do not send your name, email address, phone number or enquiry text to OpenAI for this measurement. We request that this event be used for measurement only, rather than advertising personalisation.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data while needed to respond and manage a potential relationship, campaign records while needed to measure campaigns, and technical logs while needed for site operation and security. We may keep information longer where a legal duty or a legal claim requires it. Browser campaign attribution expires after 30 days; your marketing choice remains until you change it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for information about your personal data and, where applicable, ask for correction or deletion or object to processing. You can withdraw marketing permission below at any time. Write to info@ogram.ch to make a request. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Client engagements

This notice covers the public website and initial enquiries. Data handling for a client project or service is described in the applicable engagement documents and any separate data processing information provided to the client.
